Softly sleeping. So exhausted today, I was glad the day was through. Everything came together, and I survived. Dinner obligations a distant reality, I was too tired to even finish undressing before I fell into bed still wearing my bra and panties and my necklace. Waking suddenly; the phone. Dinner plans cancelled, I could rest. My body, hot and warm; a liquid sleepiness. Sending messages out into the early evening, while thinking it might finally be time to slip out of this underwire and lace, and let my skin kiss the cool clean of hotel sheets.
